| For many, the word "meditation" conjures up the picture of a bearded man sitting cross-legged high on a mountain top in India, contemplating the meaning of life. But few of us will ever journey to India, not to mention, have the time to sit on a mountain top! Rather, we work and live hectic lives that lead to great stress and disease. |
| All of us could use a little more serenity and
calm in the center of our personal universes, if even for a few minutes.
One does not have to subscribe to a particular religion to enjoy the
benefits of meditation. That's why The Tricycle Foundation, a non-profit
Buddhist organization, has been organizing a "Change Your Mind"
Day across the country for the past 13 years to introduce the proper
approach to meditate. |

| For the second time, this special day is coming to South Florida, sponsored by South Florida Buddhist Organizations consisting of the Burmese, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Sri Lankan, Thai, Tibetan and Vietnamese communities. | |
